If you wish to spend a stay in Southern Brittany, we offer you a charming renovated house summer 2023, comfortable and fully equipped, located in a quiet area, close to all amenities (600 m bakery, organic supermarket, bank, pharmacy, Intermarché and Leclerc 2 minutes by car), close to the small sea of Gâvres and 10 minutes by bike from the beach of the red coast of Port Louis.
You can reach Lorient by water bus and set off to visit the island of Groix.

House with 2 parking spaces, an enclosed garden with complete garden furniture (living room with tables and chairs, lower garden lounge, parasol) and barbecue.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo electric filter coffee maker and coffee maker, crockery, oil, salt, pepper). The living room dining room with TV opens onto a south-facing terrace.

Also on the first floor, a large master bedroom (bed 160*200) with a private shower room. A separate toilet.

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms with a bed each of 140*190 (including an office in one of the two allowing teleworking) and a bathroom with sink, bathtub and toilet.

The accommodation also has a washing machine, a cot, a baby seat, children's books, novels, magazines and outdoor games for children.

Duvets, pillows and plaids are provided.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels can be provided on request.
