Very well cared for home in an excellent location. Easily walkable to the pools and Big Chill areas. The bikes and golf cart made the beach access a breeze. Our group for spring break could not have been happier. Only issue, which is not on the home owner, is the single driveway and no street parking if you have multiple people staying with rental cars, you have to play a little car shuffle at times. Property was absolutely perfect and as described with excellent communication at all times from the property management.

Best home that we have ever stayed in

We absolutely loved the Mermaid Bungalow. It was such a beautiful house and had everything we could have asked for. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if there was a sheet there that had every access code that you needed for the pool gate, golf cart and bike lock code- so it was all in one place. And if the HOA rules were listed. We didn’t know that we couldn’t hang our towels on the porch rail to dry for a couple hours. I got a text telling me that we needed to remove them. We had a fabulous trip - this info would just be nice to have all in one place.

This house is amazing. It was absolutely spotless on arrival- the cleanest rental home we’ve ever stayed in. Decorated very well, beds are comfortable. 2 master suites are such an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back soon. Jeremy and Amanda are exceptional hosts! They have thought of everything to make the stay as home like as possible. Highly recommend!
