We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent, the house felt super clean, and there were lots of little extras that made things extra convenient (clean Tupperware to use, bandaids, tons of river floats, laundry detergent). Our dog absolutely loved the big backyard. I wish we would have stayed longer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had pretty much everything we needed from cooking to sleeping arrangements to games, and there were even a few floats for the river in the garage. Access was easy as well. Overall we had a great experience and would gladly rent again.

Clean and spacious.

This was one of the best rentals we have done. The place had one of the best equipped kitchens of any rental we have done. There were plenty of games an onsite activities, perfect for the rainy weather we had. And the backyard was huge!!The location is minutes from great places to visit, such as Korbel, downtown Guerneville, and the Armstrong Redwoods State Park. It was a perfectly balanced stay for our spring break. We had one small issue and had to call property management and they came out within minutes to take a look. Easy, peasy!
