Conveniently located villa with lots of vegetation to admire. Short walk to the boardwalk and trail, I was able to see a couple get married right by the water. The pool is shady so the water was actually quite cool for summer despite being only 3.5' deep. Cute kitchen and we made use of the grill. Bathroom is a good size and the place is just enough for 2 people. Things to see within 30 minutes and modern conveniences like stores and coffee are close by. The host was very responsive and had some great recommendations on little spots to check out. Parking is a bit tricky so larger vehicles may not fit. Plenty of K cups and kitchen items to use, plenty of towels and both a/c units worked great.

Very nice place and quiet. Enjoyed the secluded pool and the variety of plants and flowers everywhere. The Riverwalk was nice too.

The villa was spotless, well outfitted and in a beautiful location. We used the bikes to ride along the river walk.

I can’t say enough about this little gem. The back yard with all its charm and lights is magical. The place is spotless and has the best sunsets. The owners were very communicative and so friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!
