Pros: clean and affordable. nice screened in back porch and a functioning barbeque was great. washer and dryer in garage was a nice touch as well. Kitchen a bit small but functional.Cons: we didn't receive access instructions before arriving so had to contact the host. barbeque had not been cleaned so flamed up with all the grease. no can opener provided. no cable tv so no local news, etc. The door has a keypad, but not used so have to use a key box if you don't want to risk losing the key. no steak knives. internet is not strong...in and out.

Property is very clean and appears like it was newly remodeled throughout

Tidy little duplex with 2 baths, a big lanai, and a fabulous kitchen. It's great if you need a home base during your stay but as price suggests, it's not a resort property where youll want to just hang out. Host was always responsive, but did not communicate proactively.did not reach out proactivelyinformation

Very nice place
