We have stayed at this resort a few times and enjoyed it, but it seems to be going down hill. We did stay during what ended up being a tropical depression. So the rain flooded our balcony and the roof leaked into our room from the floor above. The ended up closing all the pools except a very small inside pool. Other hotels still had their pools open despite the wind and off and on rain. We were slightly annoyed to be paying a resort fee, when we didn’t get to use any amenities. Also, this particular unit is right outside the elevator. So unless you are a night owl, don’t expect to get to any sleep before midnight. I know the staff was working hard, but the place needs some major fixes
