We enjoyed our stay at this property in Vernal. Host was friendly and quick to respond. The home and view are really great. We'll definitely stay here again if coming back to the Vernal area.

Paper towels and a few extra blankets would be nice. Better outdoor lighting or working motion detectors

This is a very comfortable house, with great views out the living room and kitchen windows. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. It was nice to have a garage to park in. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a big house with spectacular views, and lots of space to spread out. Those are the best things about the property. Unfortunately the house was not the cleanest, and the decor was quite dated. There was a lot of small repairs that were needed. As soon as I walked in the door the handle/lock combo was about to fall off, bathroom towel holders were falling off and one other was completely broken off, trim falling off around an upstairs door, dirty pans thrown in the pan cabinet, food and pans cabinet was completely disorganized and dirty, lots of dust on the flat surfaces of decor, floors and rugs were not very clean, couch was very dinghy and stinky, master bathroom sink was completely clogged, and lights above other master bathroom sink was burned out. The list goes on. The stairs to the upper bedrooms is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. They are steep and awkward. On the outside there was absolutely no care taken with the landscaping, it was a mess!
