Once at the location, it was very nice, clean & pleasant. Very hard to find, as Google Maps or MAPS.ME will not take you to thr address. Hard to find reception as not in front building & no signs.
Breakfast was good & beds were nice 8 clean.

Hotel Balcony is in nice hotel that is located in a really beautiful neighborhood, in the center of Kutaisi. It is near all the best attractions!
The owner, Nona is very kind and accommodating! It is such a great value for the amazing stay you get!
Free breakfast, great balcony views, comfortable beds, fancy building! Very happy overall and I have high standards!
