The owner David is very kind and quick response for our requests more coffee, luggage keeping, and etc.
And the location is super good!
The room is a bit small than I expect.
But all things needed are nicely located so I would say this is an acceptable trade-off for the price.

The room was impeccably clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet facing the inner courtyard. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Pillows were memory foam and very comfortable. Great communication with hosts. Location was excellent for what we needed, just three short blocks from Termini Station.
Nothing.
