i like it because it is near our gathering in the church its just a bit pricey and the the damage deposit was way to high than the rent itself. nonetheless it was returned but not immediately which worried me a bit. i hope they can do something about it the next time around. over all it was good because there is no hassle during check in and the instruction was all clear.
the damage deposit which was way to high than the rent

The location was good. Apartment was clean.
The kitchen exhaust fan was not working. The washing machine was not working. The Ironing board was broken & unusable. The coffee table in the living room was loose & shaky. The living room heater was broken. There was bed side table on only one side and not both sides. No towel holder in the washroom. No floor water wiper in washroom. No clothes hanger in the washroom. Not a good value for money.
