Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were good.”
The main issue was the distance to the Haram shuttle/bus stop. It is quite far from the hotel, which can be inconvenient, especially for elderly guests and during hot weather. It would be much better if the shuttle stop were closer to the hotel or if there were more convenient transportation options.”
