Low key family feel

The staff was exceptional. Very accommodating, willing to talk, friendly. Just overall hospitable.

Little confusion on the sign to enter

It was a very comfortable place and I loved that it had a fridge and sink. The host was very nice and we enjoyed visiting with him. The location was great after visiting several falls in the area.

I have specifically asked for a quiet room, only to be put in the room between group of Asians, who were arguing at 11pm. When we knocked, they didn’t even open the door. But after a second, rather angry knock from me, they stopped. Luckily, because the staff was not helpful at all…They were still talking after midnight and I could hear them again at 6am. Just great. Yes, I understand that nobody can control other guest’s behaviour. But when they stoped arguing, they were just talking…And we could hear every word. The soundproofing is just terrible and that, that you CAN control. It doesn’t matter who is next to you- you WILL hear them, no matter how quiet they will try to be. I am especially angry because I have contacted them weeks before, stating that I do not wish to be disturbed and kindly asking for a room at the side- which they said no problem.
