This cozy 50 m² retreat on the second floor of a historic late-18th-century building offers an inviting atmosphere with bright, air-conditioned spaces and a warm, welcoming feel that makes it a comfortable home base for exploring the island. Its central location places you just a short walk from the picturesque Spianada Square, lively bars, elegant boutiques, and some of the town’s most iconic sights.

Inside, you’ll find a well-designed layout that includes one double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed, making it versatile for families or small groups. The fully equipped kitchenette provides all the essentials for simple meals, complemented by a filter coffee machine for your morning brew. A stylish bathroom with a modern shower completes the interior. The entrance reflects the authentic character of the old building, maintaining its historic charm.
House rules are designed to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone: parties, pets, and smoking are not allowed, and check-in is via a convenient keybox.
