The view is excellent. The third floor has no obstructions from the trees. Three bed, three bath was plenty of space for the seven of us. Communication was great. We were missing two comforters. We got them delivered the next day. Overall a nice condo. Some wear on furniture. Some wear on window treatments. Kitchen cabinets, counter tops, pantry slightly showing age. There were a few things that we wished were supplied. Oven mit. More paper towels, and toilet paper. Not deal breakers but nice to not have add to shopping list when you’re only thinking about meal planning. Pool and hot tub were cleaned daily. Beach sand is powder sugar. Unbelievable. We played pickleball twice. Court was great. Location gives easy access to everything within 15 minutes. Overall our group really like it. Just some small detailing and fixes would make this property a 10.

Everything was excellent. The representative who was helping showed superb customer service. 10 out of 10

Great location and layout for our family.

The property is the best location! The only comments I have are more of suggestions rather than complaints. The mattress are a little older, but we all slept decent on them. The living room area needs more seating, we had 5 adults in the condo and we did not have enough seating and had to use a dining room chair that wasn’t as comfortable. The condo is older, but clean and very well taken care of. I loved everything about the property. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and definitely want to rent again, even the same condo!
