Great location for the price No frills or thrills but was clean, quiet an comfortable .Kitchen could use a few more items

Was nice. Would recommend more towels for those that have more people and days. Would also recommend a handle for getting in and out of the shower. But overall everything was really good

Very small apt, but location is excellent.

We stayed here last summer and liked it so much we booked if again for this year. However, it has really gone down since our last stay. The curtains were missing from one of the windows and the blinds were too small so people could see in from outside. The ac in one of the bedrooms didnt work and the bedroom door had to be left open at night in hopes the unit in the kitchen would help cool the bedroom. The toilet had to be flushed repeatedly in order for paper to go down. There are also several cracks and buckled spots in the walls that were not there last year.On a positive note, it is in a great location which allows an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and down the Seawall. A little tlc is all it would take to make this a great place to stay again.
