The apartment has a bedroom with an incredible view of the famous Chorrillos Bay on the Pacific Ocean. Snuggle into your memory foam pillows on your queen-size mattress and get ready to drift into a deep sleep lulled by the sound of the waves, surrounded by the soothing sea breeze.
Next to the bed, you’ll find a lovely nightstand with a reading lamp and several drawers.
The bedroom features a dresser with several drawers, a space to hang your clothes, and a shelf.
To ensure a restful night’s sleep, simply draw the blackout curtains that cover the entire window.

The living room has two very comfortable sofas and two ottomans, as well as a rocking chair where you can watch your favorite movies on a 55-inch 4K TV. It also comes with access to all entertainment platforms and the Gold package from the cable company DirecTV.

The kitchen is fully equipped: a large two-door refrigerator, a microwave oven, a gas stove, a blender, a toaster, a coffee maker, a rice cooker, a complete set of pots and pans, kitchen utensils, silverware, a full set of kitchenware, glasses, wine glasses, etc., basic seasonings, coffee, and sugar.
The bathroom is small but fully equipped: shower with 8 temperature settings, handheld showerhead, towels, soap, and shampoo.

Just step outside the complex and take a short walk to visit the Puente de los Suspiros, the Osma Museum, craft breweries, and bars like Juanito, Victoria, Ayahuasca, live music at the La Noche cultural center, and many great restaurants serving traditional and international cuisine, such as Isolina, Cantarana, and especially the BEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD, “CENTRAL,” located two blocks from the complex.
Two blocks from the studio apartment is Chorrillos Avenue, which offers all kinds of transportation options to anywhere in Lima.
Across from the entrance is the Maison de Santé Clinic, which has a 24-hour emergency room.
