The condo was clean and well-maintained; however, the downstairs bedroom was disappointing. It offered a poor night's sleep, mainly due to the noise. The sounds from the upstairs plumbing and the paper-thin walls made it easy to hear the sprinklers come on and run early in the morning. The condo's proximity to the pool was a plus, making it convenient for walking and leisure. It's close to restaurants and grocery stores. The resort itself was pleasant, featuring a lazy river that was a bit small and often became crowded, especially when children were playing around. The kids enjoyed the slide, which added to their fun. A new pool area is under construction, which should help alleviate some of the crowding. Food prices at the resort were reasonable, though drinks could become quite expensive.

Super nice home.

We absolutely love Regal Palms. The resort has so much to offer. Love the pool area, lazy river, Frankie Farrell's, Ice Cream, and a new pool coming this summer. We stay in different units every year, so to review the specific unit is difficult. It was as advertised and as expected. A few things that weren't major I communicated to the managers of the unit separately. Overall, our stay was very good.

I really wanted to love it here. The home itself was clean and beautiful however there was NO space for your clothes. No closets except the master bedroom. No dressers had to live out of a suitcase in the other rooms. Please get some dressers. The resort wasn’t that great. The pool was super small for the amount of guest at one point you were shoulder to shoulder with ppl in the pool and lazy river. There is a sign that another pool is being built but that didn’t help us at all. Also the pool was dirty probably bc the amount of ppl who were in it there was hair everywhere.
