This home was roomy enough for 9 people and perfectly located - short walk to the beach and not far from stores and restaurants! My grandchildren enjoyed the downstairs game room - they had a dance party! The outdoor shower was great for getting sand off. We all agreed that we want to rent this home again .

Property comes as advertised and is in a great location. The house was lifted so additional stairs to get in the house if traveling with elderly Overall Salt and Shine are great to work with and we had no issues during our stay. The only concern moving forward is the public access way to Moody Beach is getting smaller and is an issue during high tide.

Great location and house comes as advertised. So much to do in this area even when weather doesn’t cooperate. Looking forward to renting again. Communication is top notch as well in case any concerns or questions arise.
