In addition to being a clean and feature-rich property, there were clear and helpful instructions concerning how to operate the fire pit, the fireplace, etc. There was one minor inconvenience in that the ice maker in the freezer would not dispense ice.Suncadia is full of bike and walking trails which we, our children and grandchildren enjoyed. We also enjoyed the swim spa and the hot tub.

Overall, we had a very good stay and enjoyed the property. There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The large hot tub never heated above 85F, even after we carefully followed all the instructions provided, so unfortunately we were not able to use it.Additionally, the sofas in the main living room appear to be quite worn out and were not very comfortable for extended seating.Other than these issues, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay.
