Exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. Exactly suited our needs and the hot tub was ready to go and clean.

Cozy Cottage was cozy and well-suited to my family's needs. Amanda was responsive and very accommodating especially when I needed to make a last-minute alteration to our length of stay. We were a bit surprised to see that the cottage is attached to another living space off-set so that it isn't visible in the pictures, but this did not affect our stay in any negative way.

This cute cottage was nicely updated and cozy. We stayed in August. The host was easy ro get ahold of and even extended out stay last minute.We enjoyed the private backyard, BBQ and hot tub.The cottage was well equipped with everything you could need and nicely furnished.We had a car, but it was close enough to downtown. It was a very quiet and private property.We would definitely stay here again.Debbie and Brian

The location of this property can't be beat, just a mile and a half to the lake and a million restaurants and all the shopping. Quiet neighborhood shows good pride of ownership. The interior of the house is of high quality especially for a house over 100 years old and was clean and spotless upon arrival. The kitchen and living room are A. Plenty of pillows, nice bedding. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, and there is a dog park 1/3 of a mile way. The covered patio is a big bonus. There are no negatives here. Cute and comfy sums up this place.
