Check in was easy. Fee things were not up to par, Addressed quickly by host but maintenance was a little slow. Refrigerator took two days to freeze ice. Dishwasher was moldy and leaking. Make sure you pay for pool heating if you want to use the whirlpool. Seen many with outside lights on the lanai, we had to get our own pretty dark out there especially when the pool lights were not working. Furniture was broken and a little dingy. Overall, the house was clean but it could have been a little better especially with previous reviews giving it a 10/10 I would say a definite 8/10. Beds were super comfortable and the clubhouse was very nice.

The house worked well for our family, three generations. The pool was a big hit!

Manager Maria was so kind and communicative!! The guidebook to the home was so informative! The home was clean and had tons of bedrooms and fun. We loved it and would stay again

This is a very nice, comfortable property that would benefit from a little TLC. It is marketed as luxury home. It is family friendly and communication with the host, Maria, is excellent. Disappointed in the upkeep of outside furniture, kitchen cookware, window in bathroom to outdoor pool (also part of the primary bedroom) was inappropriately covered for privacy. Front walkway would benefit from powerwashing. Some tv remotes do not work. Pool table was unbalanced. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and convenience to parks and restaurants. It is a great location for families.
