The apartment is located in a central area, near the Green Bazaar and Almaty Cathedral. From this location, it is easy to get around on foot. The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern. The host was super kind and helped us by providing all the information and support we needed. We had a great stay and recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to visit Almaty!

Perfect location in the city center, close to all main attractions: Pantilov Park, Zenkov Cathedral, Green Bazar, Almasan Baths, Chocolate Factory. Clean. Convenient. Limited noise from the street. First floor, stairs, no elevator. Easy to get into the apartment, you receive a complete description the day before on Whatsapp. Payment directly in the apartment (cash or card). To get there from/to the airport use Yandex Go, it is very cheap (we paid only 3,5 USD for 11 km). Private parking available, you get a code from the owner to open the gate.

It's an awesome location to stay in Almaty - this apartment is clean, spacious, modern with everything you need. It has a kitchen to cook your own food, a nice balcony, it's quiet and strong working AC. Lots to like about the place. Also has a washing machine which is great to take care of laundry on your own without having to go hunt around town for a laundry service. Bonus is self check in and the smart lock on the door it's nice to not have to carry keys around. Their is a playground outside if you are traveling with kids. The host is very responsive and helpful.

The internet was unreliable at times, that is my only real issue with the place. I would say it worked 85% of the time, but 10% of the time it stopped working completely, and was slow at other times. If internet service was faster and more reliable I could rate this place a 10.

Safe place and clean accomodation. Staff is very accomodating.
