Exceptional location just besides the dancing fountain and short walking distance to Burj Khalifa, Fountains and Dubai Mall. Beautiful climatized swimming pool, nice view to Burj Khalifa.

location / large appartment
mine was.a half day transit stop.
main door had lock issues. no option to lock when stepping out.
the staff can do better - lack communication. had asked for a an ealy check in.. was clear on my instructions..about an early check in. despite after landing no word till i reached the location with my aged parent. leaving me with no option but to make last minute plans. chrging to store luggage just dint sound right having considered my situation. leaving me to beleive the room availability was just an excuse to make 100 bucks.
while i understand its a service appartment. option of water and some tea / cofee packets are basic essentials
