Hidden hotel with clean rooms and comfy bed and shower. Superfast Internet which is nice during a bussiness trip. Same (speed and accuracy) goes for superhhelpful Sarah, who acted as a host on site. Great connections from Oktogon metro stop.

Started off a bit erratic with lots of mails and messages via booking app and 2 separate (!) WhatsApp chats. The official one seems to be AI-generated and wasn’t a help at all… As aforementioned, Sarah (from flesh and blood) came to the rescue with true hospitality and solutions! Tnx!

Nada, a representative of the apartments was very nice, very patient and very helpful, especially speaking clearly in English for me. The location is perfect, I will stay at BQA Suites on my next visit to Budapest.

The mattress was a little worn.

The room was nicely furnished, clean and functional. I actually liked that I needed to go get breakfast in a cafe outside the hotel. And it was delicious. I got all the info from Ms Lami at the reception who was always online and always super nice and helpful.

No complaints. There is a kitchen on the 1st floor with no dishes inside so maybe I would appreciate some plates in case a guest wants to eat in the room. Also, there are cups and a variety of teas and instant coffee - could you add one with milk inside? :)

Blisko do zabytków w mieście.
