Everything about the hotel was perfect! The location was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms and hotel had all the possible amenities you could need and were very clean. I highly recommend the AT House in Shanghai as it is best choice in the city!

Breakfast buffet and night noodles were great! Being along the Metro line was nice (but do note that there is aroubd a 7min walk to the actual metro). We found staff to be helpful when we had any questions and laundry was so so nice.
Elevators could be slow at times, the immediate vicinity felt a little quiet. Felt like you had to talk around 5 mins plus to get to anything.

The room was clean and comfortable with excellent air con. There was always plenty of bottled water available. The breakfast and midnight food were excellent. They also provided a free laundry service which was brilliant. The hotel was really close to metro line 1 and 4
It would have been better if it had a bar. Also the pictures and video in the lift imply it has a pool but this is no longer available
