Unser Aufenthalt war einfach hervorragend! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können dieses Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, mit einer tollen Auswahl und allem, was man für einen perfekten Start in den Tag braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal, das wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit war. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, und auch die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet – ideal, um alles bequem zu erreichen. Insgesamt war alles perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt verbringen möchte. Verdiente 10 von 10 Punkten! Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🌟

El desayuno es fantastico y el personal fue muy atento. Todos nos trataron como uno mas de su familia, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

The positive side was definitely the staff. They were very kind, attentive, and always asked if we needed anything or had any problems. However, because the hotel itself lacks basic facilities and proper maintenance, there was only so much they could do. The location is convenient and close to the center, and the staff genuinely tries to help when you raise an issue. However, if you decide to stay here, I would recommend keeping your expectations very low. In its current condition, I do not think the property matches the boutique hotel concept or the standard suggested by its listing.

The hotel is advertised on Booking.com as a boutique hotel and is priced accordingly, but in reality, it feels much more like a small, basic guesthouse than a boutique hotel. Unfortunately, the property needs significant maintenance. Our bed was broken, the shower head was damaged and did not work properly, the doors did not open and close properly and sometimes would not lock, and the towels were very old and worn out. Instead of proper beach towels, we were given promotional shawls with a bank advertisement on them.
