Located in Holzdorf, in the heart of the Schwansen region, these two vacation apartments were built in 2012 and are situated in a quiet area. Both feature three rooms, and their private terraces, furnished with garden furniture, are perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The main building houses a unique sound museum. Here you can learn all about sound recording and transmission. Parking is available directly in front of the building, and a community playground is located nearby.

The vacation rental features two spacious bedrooms that sleep four people (one double bed and two single beds) and a main living area. This space is divided into a kitchen/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a comfortable seating area and a TV. The apartment is on the first floor and has a large entryway. A separate, lockable storage room is available for bicycles for each vacation rental.

The price includes towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and utility costs.
When fully occupied by four people, a children’s rollaway bed is charged at 5 EUR per night.
