Apartment on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, overlooking a street and courtyard. It consists of an independent kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a microwave, a living room with a sofa and TV, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Climbing some stairs you reach a beautiful attic where there are two more queen-size beds and a terrace equipped with a dining table. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout. There is a double sofa bed in the flat.
On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Very responsive owners. A few small maintenance things that needed to be addressed as part of routine maintenance that did not affect our stay. Great location and loved the terrace!

Wonderful clean stay in Venice! The apartment was clean and the host was communicative. The terrace was beautiful. Would stay again!

We had a last minute accommodation the host was able to meet. The apartment was very spacious. The shutters were difficult to close during a storm through the night but overall we had a decent experience. Elevator access to the location was great to have with all of our bags!
