The property was as advertised - on the beach, clean and well maintained. Great location - out of the hussle and bussle of Destin but close enough for restaurants and shopping. There is beach chair service for a cost but there are also 2 chairs and umbrella in the guest room closet, which was very helpful. Also worth mentioning is that the private beach was definitely appreciated. Just one condo down, people were 5 to 6 rows deep and shoulder to shoulder, whereas in front of this condo, it was only two rows and spread out.

Everything was perfect for our first family vacation. The beach is private and not crowded. Pool and amenities were great!

Everything was great. There was a slight issue when we got there and the unit was not ready, but the management company was friendly and accomodating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location! The view from the room is great. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only downfall with the room I found was the dryer. We noticed that it left burn spots on some of the towels and one of my husbands shirts. So we avoided laundry. I would definitely stay here again.
