Wonderful home. Great location. Met all of our needs. Only thing to note is the construction happening in front of the building. Didn’t cause noise or disruption but makes for an unsightly view out the front.

Property had everything we needed

The perfect location for us. My family of 6 had more than enough room! We explored Silverton most of the time and one day in Ouray. My brother was in Durango so he met us at the Cascade trail head just around the corner. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS! Condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Overall, the home was clean and felt like it was decent quality. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was comfortable. However, there were a number of things we ran into that took it down a few stars for me. - The top bunk of the bunk bed felt unsafe to use. My kids were too nervous to sleep on it. The mattress is quite thick so it was actually up above the safety rail on the side, and would be quite easy to fall off the bed if someone were to roll the wrong way in their sleep. I noticed the label on the bed gave a maximum thickness for the top mattress and this mattress is quite a bit thicker than that. I'd recommend resolving this before someone gets injured. - There was a notice on the fridge that the fire department will show up if the fire alarm goes off inadvertently and would result in a $500 fine - this made cooking a bit stressful. - It wasn't clear from the listing, but there is a very long staircase from the garage/coded door to the living area. This was unfortunate as we had someone with mobility challenges staying with us. We had to do some awkward shuffling between the front/back door to prevent that person having to go up and down the stairs repeatedly. - The kitchen is decently stocked but there were no dishrags and cookware in the kitchen is quite worn/damaged. The nonstick coating is coming off of the pans. - The pool was nice, but on the older side. There were no towels supplied at the pool and there aren't a lot at the home so we ended up sharing a few towels at the pool. - All of the window cranks are not fastened on, so when we tried to open/shut windows they would fall off all the time. We were opening/closing windows a lot due to hot days and cool nights so this got to be aggravating.
