The condo was just as advertised, clean, spacious, fun beach amenities included, and everything you would need to cook a meal. The wifi worked great, big nice TVs in the LR and the BRs. Huge nice showers in both bathrooms! The host was very easy to get in touch with before and after check in. We had a small issue with a toilet running, and they were there to fix the problem within hours of me emailing. Great restaurants nearby and Kennedy Space Center not to far away, you can see the launch pad from the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach is not to far for nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend going through Happy Palm Stays for your stay in Cocoa Beach!

Great apartment, has everything you need and the beach access is second to none.

We had a phenomenal stay at this condo in Cocoa Beach! My husband and I spent a couple of nights here after our cruise, and it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.Communication with the host was excellent. They were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. The condo was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beachfront location was fantastic, and we loved being able to enjoy the ocean views and easy beach access. Enjoyed the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella that were provided. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked nice.Everything was seamless, and the experience was even better than we had hoped. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach!

The condo was really nice but my favorite thing is it had everything you needed like shampoo body wash and conditioner, also trash bags paper towels and all the beach stuff you would ever need! This was the first condo I stayed in that you didn’t have to go to the store to buy the essentials, I think every condo owner needs to lear from these folks
