We had a perfect family vacation week at this house! Plenty of separate spaces for the different age groups to hang out, but also enough room for all of us in the main living area such as at meals. We cooked in for every meal all week and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Three things made the house better than we expected: there is a roll-away bed in the master bedroom closet, the couch and a half in the upstairs hallway converts to a single pull out bed, and the house provides (really nice) beach towels in additional to the typical linens you would expect! Thanks for your wonderful hospitality. We will be back for sure.

Great house with a pool and easy access to the beach. The home was clean and stocked with kitchen items so we could cook. The hosts were quick to reply and were extremely nice. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful week at OIB! The views from the porches were great and the beach access is two houses down. The kids loved playing at the beach and pool. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had plenty of room. We used Tad Photography for the second time to take family pictures on the beach and I would highly recommend. The linens were not included (which I believe maybe changed for future bookings) so the owner helped us rent some. Overall it was a great house for a large group and I would highly recommend!

There was construction directly across the street all day starting at 8 am til 6 pm. That was not on the listing. When I asked the owner about it he was first rude and then asks if I wanted to cancel even though I had already been there 2 days. A lot of things need repaired and updated which I told the owner about.
