Clean rooms and a good space with the kitchen and living room. 1/2 a mile from the strip makes it a viable option if you don’t want to spend the money to stay on the strip

This resort is beautiful, large comfortable rooms and the location is perfect.
One huge drawback is that being a time-share resort the pressure to attend a 90 minute presentation is awful. We agreed to do this with the conditions that we had only 60 minutes, however once we were in the presentation it turned quite the opposite with several salespersons pressuring us to buy, even though we told them our intentions from the start. The salesman then informed us we were his very first experience dealing with people like us. We noticed several other couples becoming upset and walking out.
Our stay was great and I would definitely choose this resort again.

Really needs updates, no hot water in the mornings all four days of our stay is unacceptable. Crunchy carpet in the living room was kind of gross.
