I've stayed at many places and this place had one of the prettiest views. The view was 5 Stars and some of the home amenities were awesome too, like the massage chair and game room. However; apon arrival we discovered the AC unit above kitchen was leaking all over the place. We contacted the owner and he prompted us to turn it off and we used main AC Unit for a while but then leaks started coming from ceiling in other areas of kitchen and in dining area also. I was told HVAC guy would come out but he never showed. We ended up just turning all the air off because I wanted to look out for the owner's property and avoid the family having water damage. So myself and my guest sweated out the night, which sucked and we were actually ready to leave early in the morning. I know this was out of the owners control, but not one time did I get an apology for the inconvenience which was not cool being that I spent a lot of money on the place. We didn't even take our kids down to the pool because we were thinking HVAC person was coming and we didn't want to leave the home in case they showed up, which never happened. I feel like if the AC worked and owner was more empathetic about the inconvenience this would have been a 5 star place.

Beautiful property with absolutely breathtaking views. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time, including our dog! The home was wheelchair accessible, which made the stay comfortable for our family, and the game room was a huge hit (even got our 78-year-old dad playing).Just a heads-up for future guests: the drive is a bit adventurous since the home is in the mountains, but it’s completely worth it once you arrive. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic home, very responsive owners and what a view!

The house had fabulous views of the Georgia mountains and wonderful amenities. A perfect mountain getaway!
