Wonderful place and wonderful host! Will come again.

The place was cozy and just perfect for a few days! Little extras for the beach and making light meals, so awesome! It was quiet, the AC worked well and the shower and water pressure very nice. Host is so responsive and helpful. Access to pool and the 2 hot tubs with no resort fee.

The studio was clean and well equipped. It's not really a kitchen as there is no separate sink, you have to wash dishes in the bathroom. The shower and bed are excellent, and the window a/c is efficient and quiet. The parking is about a 10 minute walk but it's on the way to the beach and restaurants so it's not that bad. The host will send you detailed instructions, if you read them carefully it will all be clear and straightforward

Horrible check-in experience. This is a converted hotel room, not a "studio apartment" as there is no kitchen sink or cooking range. If you make your own meals (there is a hotplate & microwave), you will be washing up in the bathroom sink. Yuck. Note: this is apparently the "normal" case in Hawaii. On the plus side, the room has plenty of beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc). Bonus: it is across the street from a large food-truck lot, and the most excellent Waikiki Brewing Company is only a block away. WARNING: DON'T EAT AT THE BREAKFAST RESTAURANT IN THE BUILDING! Unless you care to drop US$55 each for a (single) cup coffee and an omelette...
