The apartment includes:
• Sleeping areas: two bedrooms overlooking the courtyard, equipped with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm), built-in storage, and Smart TV, each with its own private bathroom, one of which has a toilet.
Sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• Bathrooms and amenities: each bedroom has a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and bath mat for your comfort.
There are two toilets in the apartment: one in a bathroom and the other separate.
• Laundry area: it contains a washer-dryer, a drying rack, and an iron and ironing board.
• Semi-open kitchen: fully equipped, it includes an oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. You will also find all the utensils you need to prepare your meals with ease.
• A cozy living room: a large living space with a double sofa bed, Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) & unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €500 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Very gracious host; convenient location; comfortable and clean; nice to have a fully equipped kitchen; comfortable beds; washer/dryer in unit was useful; would stay here again…the apartment contributed greatly to a wonderful Paris vacation.

We loved the location and the proximity to Luxembourg garden. The check in process was excellent and early check in was possible. Issues of the property are that the advertised elevator broke down on our 2nd day and was never fixed. We did let property management know but they were not able to give an answer as to when it would be fixed. Needless to say we had to carry 6 bags from the 7th floor down. Quite a workout! Also the apartment did not have any silverware. Highly recommend provding and perhaps a French press or more than 2 coffee pods. The cafe on the corner opened at 6:30 AM so we enjoyed Cafe AuLsits and croissants right out of the oven.
