The house was a great place for a large gathering. We had family members meet for Thanksgiving and everyone had plenty of space.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the weekend we ended up at this property was the most unfortunate and sad event Kerville has ever seen with the flooding and destruction of life and belongings, this specific property we stayed in was top notch - beautiful river view location, beautifully built and nicely furnished, superb spread out spacious plan where 15 people did not fill one bit crowded, and just nicely equipped top of the line kitchen . The beds and attached baths were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a getaway in Kerville area, we know we will be back in the property the next time we plan a family get together.

We really enjoyed our stay

We had 6 adults and 7 children ranging from 2-15. With 5 bedrooms (all with their own bathrooms), there was plenty of space for everyone. Great view of the river too.
