This is an older property, which is to be expected in the heart of Seattle. The location is nice and quiet, and I could comfortably walk around at night with no problem. I did have a little bit of a mix up with check in, and my arrival was late at night. However I contacted James and he responded right away despite the late hour. He also checked in during my stay to ensure that everything was going okay. The home came with linens and towels. Everything was neat and tidy. And the AC was comfortably cold. Really, considering how muggy it was outside, getting inside was a welcome respite. Loved the location. Even though it's quiet, it was a short walk to Pike's Place Market for souvenirs to take back home, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Seattle has some interesting architecture, and this location made got some interesting sight seeing if you don't mind walking. Just keep in mind there are some serious hills here. All in all an enjoyable stay.

Responsive host, great location downtown!

Property itself was very old. The entrance to the apartment building had a cracked glass door. The property owner was very nice, accommodating, and responsive. It gets the job done if you need a roof over your head, small kitchen, and warm shower.

The location was great. Bed was comfortable. Heating was not great, it didn't kick on till the middle of the night and was very loud with clanging. The bathroom floor linoleum was all warped and curled up. It was a safety hazard. The furniture was beat up a bit. I would not recommend for anyone who is older or unsteady on their feet as the tub also was old and slopped. If you have a car there is not a parking spot with the place and it is paid parking. Sunday is free to park and between 8pm-8am. So we had to usually pay a few hours in the morning and evening. There is also the tram running right next to the place.
