This condo is in a perfect location, right on the beach and a close drive for shopping and food. On the 4th floor the views are wonderful from the balcony. We enjoyed the pool area, just wish there was a hot tub too. It's fantastic that this location is pet friendly. Our pup loves the beach and being on the balcony to see the ocean and people. The condo is very spacious, bright, modern, and clean. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay too. The hosts communicate very well and are great to help with any needs. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again!

We chose this property since it was pet-friendly and located directly on the beach. This unit was spacious for our family of 5 and the owners communication was great.

Property is ocean front and is definitely pet friendly. Anything we reached out with the host readily responded and remedied the situation. Will entertain staying again if future vacation dates are available.

This condo is no where worth the price of listing. It needs maintenance and repairs. It is dirty and needs either better house cleaners or for the owners to require better cleaning and deep cleaning. I had to call owners and have their cleaning crew come out because it was dirty. The cleaning people said the owners needed to do a deep cleaning and had not requested one in a long time. I also had their maintenance people come out to fix several things. The condo has not been painted in some time. There are places in the ceiling falling in. The sliding glass doors are so dirty they don’t even slide right and some are broken and completely need replaced. The deck furniture needs cleaned and some of the chairs need thrown away from rusted. The decking floor needs redone or a good out door carpet put down and old nasty throw rug trashed. The good points are that it is dog friendly and close to the beach and pool is ok but not really big enough for a lot of people. It is terrible over priced for the quality you get and should expect for what owners are charging.
