The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! Would highly recomment checking this place out ..I know I will again.

Excellent place.

The booking was made last minute due to an appointment change. The owner was there to meet us and got us checked in and sorted. The cottage was clean and neat and spacious. Items requested were made available in a timely manner. I had an enjoyable stay.

We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas stove and minimal dishes and cutlery. It is in the countryside, so quiet but on well water, so we went with bottled. The property is fully gated, including windows, doors, driveway. Taxi service is no problem.
