The neighborhood is safe and quiet. However, parking is challenging and you really can't get here without a car. The room is small and the bathroom is not connected tot he room so you have to be decent to be able to go to the bathroom. I would have preferred to stay in a place where the bathroom is connected to the room and the room is bigger. But if those things don't bother you, then you will be fine.

Great place, very simple accommodations for restful stay. Comfy bed, pretty quiet, parking - like most of Seattle requires luck and timing. Overall a great deal ☺️

The place is located in a quiet and safe area, close to the subway and supermarket. It was very clean and the host was really kind. The downside is that noise can be heard between rooms.
