Very nice host. Stefano was super kind.

Location was great, very central and close to many attractions and shopping streets. Owner let us store our luggage until 5pm which was very nice. The view from the room is beautiful looking to Piazza Del Popolo.

There are some things that bothered us and we are writing them in hope they will improve it for their guests to feel more comfortable. The matress in bed in room number 1 is very firm hence so uncomfortable to sleep in. I would suggest putting mattress topper so bed gets more comfotable to sleep in. Entrance doors to the room get stuck on the floor and are very hard to open especially when you are with a baby and a stroller. Also, doors are so thin and you hear everything in the hallway. There is not any light above mirror in the bathroom, only main light on the ceiling, so you lose your eyes to put on make up properly. Do not disturb sign is nowhere, although it is alpreciated that cleaning lady cleans every day, it would be nice to put do not disturb sign when needed. It would be much apporeciated to have little milks for coffee for people that drink coffee with milk. Taxi to the airpot is 75€ with private car where other taxis we called all charge 55€ to Fiumicino. Shower cabin doors cannot close properly. Although stated there is no elevator in the building, there is, but it cannot be used because apparently you, as owner, have to pay for it. It would be much appreciated to pay for the elevator so guests with strollers and elderly people can use it.

Location for many of Romes attractions and in a good location for food and necessities. Good restaurants nearby-everything within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and always available.

Room is very basic, but had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

It was more of a room in a flat, which wasn't mentioned in the description. The facilities could be better. For example, the bed base was made from synthetic leather which had worn out. The shower wasn't closing properly and several metallic parts in the bathroom were rusty.
