1. SOFA IS ROCK HARD 2. KING MATTRESS IS THINNING ON ONE SIDE 3. THE FACT THAT THERE ARE OTHER ROOMS, BUT IT IS LOCKED BECAUSE THERE WERE ONLY 3 OF US.. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I EXPERIENCED SUCH THING 4. OTHER BATHROOM WAS LOCKED, SO THERE ARE ONLY TWO TOWELS AVAILABLE IN THE ONLY TOILET, WHILE WE WERE IN THREE PAX, TOWELS NOT ENOUGH 5. SMART TV, BUT EVERYTHING WANNA WATCH, MUST USE OWN ACCOUNT?? CAN ONLY WATCH YOUTUBE FOR FREE....

This fantastic property is in an unbeatable location in Bukit Bintang, with direct access to the shopping mall and monorail, making it extremely convenient both for exploring the neighborhood on foot and getting around the city. ​The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped, clean, and offers a wonderful view. The pool area and complex facilities are exceptional, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring in KL. ​A very special thanks to the manager, Seyam: incredibly kind, always available, attentive, and caring, even before our arrival. His exceptional hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. ​Highly recommended! We will definitely be back. Thank you 🙏

The location was good and host responsive.

The smell of the room. Very bad smell of smoking and probably the previous tenants were heavy smokers cos for 2 days the room smell is still strong. They put plastic carpet on floor very sticky and uncomfortable. They should put tiles or carpet.
