The place was very clean and let us hold our luggage there. It was very quiet and comfortable. The owner was very communicative and helpful as well.
There was nothing to not like.

The location was perfect and the facilities worked really well for our group. We especially enjoyed the terrace.
There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property.

Great location in the heart of Trastevere.
Lovely terrace. Bright, spacious kitchen.
Bed was comfortable (once lying down-the climbing in was not good).
Loft bed. Mildew in shower. Poorly equipped kitchen (few pots/pans, no serving dishes, no kitchen towels). Rationing of paper towel and dishwasher detergent. I had to go out and buy kitchen towels to use during our stay.
The property has so much potential but could use more of a personal touch.

The location is fantastic!
The site states bedroom and sofa bed. It does not specify that it is a loft bed with four fairly steep stairs (slick) to reach it. It also states two bathrooms which is somewhat true. Two sinks and toilets but one shared shower. The coffee pot didn’t work, they have no kitchen towels, and it isn’t as clean as it should be. My sister found an odd, sticky lump in the sofa bed.
