Apartment No. 4, with its retro style, is on the first floor of Palazzo Ricciardi, a building dating back to the early 1900s. Recently renovated, it has become a tourist residence, offering eight different accommodation options and over thirty beds, suitable for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Accessible via a modern elevator, the apartment features frescoes on the walls and vaults, as well as the original red and white "cementine" flooring in a checkerboard pattern. It is the ideal accommodation for those wishing to relive the atmosphere of times gone by.
It comprises a spacious living/dining room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom with an antechamber, all with vaulted ceilings, and a private bathroom with shower.
As with the other apartments in the residence, the spaciousness and brightness of the rooms, combined with the attention to detail, ensure comfort and functionality.
Palazzo Ricciardi is also strategically located near the train station, almost opposite the Castromediano Provincial Museum, and just steps from the historic center.
All guests of the Residence have access to the citrus garden at the back of the building and the large rooftop terrace, also accessible by elevator.
The property also features a small outdoor area that can be used, subject to availability, for parking cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.
