A must stay when you’re in the Miami area. David was an excellent host. Even though he had some personal life issues going on, he treated us as if we were his first and only priority.Because of the humidity we had a problem getting the door open. He dropped everything and came to assist immediately. Even helped bring our luggage in.The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable and everything as advertised.

Great place to stay while visiting Miami, Biscayne and Everglades national parks.

Overall the stay was ok. The iron needs to be replaced because something has melted to it. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced because there is a huge stain covering majority of the mattress. Additionally the front door lock takes multiple tries to unlock and took multiple people to try to get the door to open. The rest of the rooms/bathrooms were decently clean.
