Gorgeous, breathtaking ocean view & sunrise from the balcony. Yes, this studio is facing the north side, yet you still get a BEAUTIFUL view of the Gulf. And probably can see the fireworks on the bay and ocean side from their balcony. A pretty short walk to the beach through their boardwalk. You will need your own wagon to help carry all the stuff, graciously provided by the owner, to the shoreline. Their jacuzzi is another plus.If there was an issue, the host answered every call and text. She was very kind & fixed any minor mishaps--thank you!!Understanding that this is an older building, there are wears & tears and smells in the garage and elevator, especially being that they're dog friendly. A simple mask can fix that if you're sensitive or allergic.Overall, it was such a beautiful, rewarding birthday break. Would definitely rent again.

Room location was great. Easy access to beach.

There was an issue with the air conditioner, so the owner upgraded us to a different suite. It was awesome.

Not as expected! Looked much better in pictures. Bathroom ceiling had mold, shower had no pressure and the hot water took forever to get hot!!! The hot tub was cold in the mornings!!!
