We loved the location! The house is in a quiet area and only 15 min from the beach and 15 min from downtown Charleston. Overall, everything went well and we were satisfied with the stay!We were disappointed that the outdoor area isn’t exactly what’s pictured, but it worked just for letting the dog out. There is a picnic table outside, but if you want a fire to sit around, you will need to have your own chairs. The shower doesn’t drain well, but I’m sure that’s a simple fix!

Very nice, spacious house. Neighborhood is quiet. The lot has a large pull through driveway. It was a great stay, close to Charleston.

Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were some issues worth noting. The house was mostly clean and decently stocked, and the host was very responsive and communicative, which we appreciated.However, there were food crumbs and raisins all over the pull-out couch, and sheets but no blankets were provided for it. When we arrive, two hours after the listed check-in time, someone was still at the house getting it ready, which felt unprofessional and left us feeling awkward. There was a large stack of the host’s packages in the middle of the living room. Also, the listing photos were quite misleading and appeared heavily edited. This place has potential, especially with a few improvements in cleanliness and accuracy of the listing.
