Loved this place! The parking is super easy, especially if you have small children. Came to Aptos for a UCSC graduation and the distance from campus is great! Pool is heated so my kiddo was able to swim without freezing. Villa is beautiful and has everything you need to have just relax and not be on the hunt for odds & ends. Thanks again guys!

We had a fantastic stay! The unit was exactly as described—well-appointed and beautifully decorated. The owner provided clear instructions on amenities and easy access to the property. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back for our next Seascape vacation. Highly recommend!

Great spot. Fun property to explore. Very kid friendly. Lovely walking paths along the ocean bluffs. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and updated. Everything in working order. Centrally located in the complex. Easy access. Would definitely rent again.
