Everything was great! Parking lot and sauna!

The only small downside was that the cleanliness could have been a bit better, especially the floor, but overall it didn’t affect our great experience.

Location was good, close to Kaprun and other ski slopes. Very cozy and clean, nice rooms and the living dining area was excellent for the purpose of our trip - family reunion. Nice view, easy accessible and quiet location. All in all this is a great place to spend a vacation and the hosts were quite friendly.

It would have been easier if the entrance key was at the location when we arrived rather than having to drive somewhere else to pick it up. Maybe adding a little body wash in the bathrooms would help long distance travelers like us, rather than going to the store the next day to buy it, as well as some guidance for quick groceries shopping near by for breakfast. We found it out and is quite convenient , but we found it purely accidental.
